Engage Sourcing provides recruitment and staffing services including but not limited to:
Clients engaging Engage Sourcing for recruitment services agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding role requirements, compensation, and organisational details. Clients agree not to directly contact candidates introduced by Engage Sourcing outside of the agreed placement process without our consent.
Candidates using our platform agree to provide truthful and accurate information in their applications, including qualifications, certifications, work history, and clearance certificates. Misrepresentation of credentials is grounds for immediate disqualification.
Recruitment fees are agreed upon in a separate service agreement between Engage Sourcing and the client organisation. Payment terms, placement guarantees, and replacement clauses are outlined in that agreement. By engaging our services, clients agree to honour the payment terms specified.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during the recruitment process. Engage Sourcing will not disclose candidate information to third parties without prior consent, and expects clients to handle candidate information with equal discretion.
Engage Sourcing makes every effort to verify candidate credentials and suitability; however, we do not guarantee the performance of any placed candidate. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific placement in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
Engage Sourcing reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Candidate information is only shared with client organisations that have a relevant open role, and only with the candidate's knowledge and consent within the recruitment process.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
We retain candidate information for a period of two (2) years from the date of last contact, after which it is securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion or consent to continued retention for future opportunities.
